Prenatal yoga

In-person class or online course

Since becoming a mother and experiencing the amazing benefits of practising yoga during pregnancy, I am passionate about supporting women in their journey and empowering women by giving them the necessary tools for birth and beyond.

Each class covers physical postures and movements to ease common aches and pains, to prepare the body for birth, and to improve mobility.

Breathwork techniques are also an important component equipping you with the tools to manage pain in labour, promote relaxation and improve breath awareness.

In-person classes can be booked through the Blossoming Bump website. Classes run weekly on Saturday mornings 9am to 10am.

Online course can be booked through the booking calander.

kids yoga

A fun and creative practice that introduces children to movement, mindfulness and self-awareness through the breath and body. Each class is engaging and playful through the use of storytelling, games, music, song and imagination.

Children build strength, balance, focus and confidence while encouraging kindness, connection and emotional regulation.

Reach out to organise a booking for private events, classes, corporate or education-based settings.

Meditation & sound healings

These practices support relaxation, serenity and inner harmony. Through guided stillness, breath and body awareness, experience a healing journey through soothing vibrations of instruments. Release tension and restore the energetic flow. All events will be posted on the calander.
