EMPOWERED BIRTH
This prenatal yoga course is designed to inspire and empower birthing women and their partners. Through safe movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, it provides the knowledge and tools needed for a positive birthing experience. You will learn how to prepare your body physically and mentally for labour while fostering a deep connection with your unborn baby. You will also build strength, flexibility, and relaxation techniques that support pregnancy and birth, helping you feel ready to navigate labour with ease and confidence
In this comprehensive pregnancy yoga course, you will receive trimester-specific pre-recorded yoga flows that are designed to support your changing body and nurture your growing baby.
Each module includes easy-to-understand overviews of what is happening in your body during that trimester, paired with aligned wellness practices and targeted breathwork to help you feel grounded, strong and connected. You will also be guided through yoga for labour preparation, including mindset shifts, optimal birthing positions, pain management techniques and empowering vocal toning exercises.
